ARTICULO 2 o. Aplicación. En los regímenes aduaneros, excepto la exportación definitiva o temporal, la salida temporal de perfeccionamiento pasivo o cuando expresamente lo señale una norma, deberá aplicarse el valor aduanero establecido en el artículo anterior.
