Todo individuo no militar o no asimilado a los militares que provoque a cualquiera de los delitos de que trata este Título, o los favorezca, será castigado con la misma pena aplicable al autor principal del delito, si éste se hubiere consumado, y con la tercera parte de la misma pena, en caso contrario.
