Las Facultades, institutos y escuelas tendrán un Consejo integrado en la forma que señalen los estatutos de la Universidad.

Parágrafo

Podrán los estatutos crear organismos para el mejor funcionamiento de las Facultades y logro de los fines de la Universidad.
