º . Como consecuencia de lo establecido en el artículo anterior, los permisos de zarpe, cargue y descargue, etc., para los barcos que navegan por el Dique, continuarán otorgándose únicamente por la Oficina Fluvial de Cartagena, a la cual deberán presentarse como hasta ahora, todos los documentos requeridos; pero para los efectos de estadística y demás que puedan convenir, las empresas de navegación respectivas deberán presentar también a la Aduana, en la oportunidad que ésta exija, un ejemplar o copia auténtica de dichos documentos.
