° Se exceptúan de lo prescrito en el artículo anterior las Cárceles de aquellos Circuitos en que existan contratos para suministrar la alimentación por veinte centavos diarios a cada detenido. Dichos contratos regirán hasta la expiración del respectivo término. Consúltese con el Ministerio de Gobierno, por conducto de la Dirección General de Prisiones, y si fuere aprobado, comuníquese y publíquese.
