Destitución por orden de autoridad competente . En los casos previstos en el artículo 29 del Decreto 2277 de 1979, la autoridad nominadora proferirá la providencia de destitución dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la recepción de la solicitud y la comunicará a la Junta de Escalafón para que proceda a la exclusión del escalafón.
