Art. 184. Las acciones ó excepciones de nulidad de sentencias definitivas de última instancia, ya dictadas, que los respectivos interesado tengan derecho de proponer conforme á la legislación vigente de los extinguidos Estados, podrán proponerse en los términos que esa el legislación establece.
