° El Ministerio de Obras Publicas reglamentara y hará que se lleve a cabo en pública subasta la venta de los objetos deteriorados que juzgare no deben componerse y la de aquellos que, a su juicio, no presten utilidad apreciable a la Nación. El producto de estas ventas se reintegrara al Tesoro Nacional.
