Art. 1.° Los cabos del Resguardo de la Aduana de Cúcuta que sean destinados al puerto de los Cachos o a cualquiera otro punto de clima deletéreo, gozarán, durante el tiempo en que presten sus servicios en aquellos lugares, de un aumento de sueldo al respecto de siete pesos mensuales; debiendo el Administrador-tesorero cumplir en tales casos las formalidades establecidas por el artículo 2.° i su
