Parágrafo 1

del artículo 424 del Estatuto Tributario, los Ministerios y las entidades señaladas en el artículo 3º del presente decreto, deberán reportar al Departamento Nacional de Planeación a más tardar el 30 de abril de cada año, las bases de datos necesarias para establecer la producción nacional, así como las importaciones.
