El condenado que durante el trimestre ha observado conducta ejemplar o buena y ha dado pruebas de aplicación en la escuela y en el trabajo, se le promoverá a la categoría inmediatamente superior a la que se ocupa. El no haber incurrido en una sanción más grave que la amonestación, es condición necesaria, pero no suficiente para el ascenso de clase.
