º . Mientras los Ministerios de Trabajo y Salud seleccionan las entidades que manejarán los aportes destinados a los fondos de que tratan los artículos 25 y 218 de la Ley 100 de 1993, estos deberán invertirse en títulos de participación del Banco de la República adquiridos directamente en el mercado primario por los respectivos Ministerios titulares de las cuentas a que hacen referencia los artículos citados.
