Art. 10. El Proveedor formará un archivo por orden de oficinas con los legajos de telegramas y demás documentos que éstos le remitan, manteniéndolo bajo su responsabilidad, y al fin de cada año procederá a incinerar; con anuencia del Ministerio de Fomento, los telegramas originales que tengan más de diez meses de archivados.
