Registradores de Instrumentos Públicos. - Los registradores de instrumentos públicos son los responsables del funcionamiento técnico y administrativo de las respectivas oficinas.

Además de las funciones que le señale la ley, cumplirán las que les delegue el Superintendente de Notariado y Registro, con arreglo a lo dispuesto en este Decreto.
