ENRIQUECIMIENTO ILICITO. El que por razón del cargo o de sus funciones, obtenga un incremento patrimonial no justificado, siempre que el hecho no constituya otro delito, incurrirá en prisión de uno (1) a ocho (8) años, multa de veinte mil a dos millones de pesos e interdicción de derechos y funciones públicas de dos (2) a diez (10) años. En la misma pena incurrirá la persona interpuesta para disimular el incremento patrimonial no justificado. CAPITULO VII DEL PREVARICATO
