Art. 40. (Transitorio). En el año escolar de 1887 se podrán abrir en el Colegio del Rosario matrículas provisionales, en la Facultad de Filosofía y Letras, pero éstas no se harán definitivas mientras no se compruebe por el respectivo alumno haber ganado ó habilitado los cursos elementales de que trata el artículo anterior. título nono.
