º. Los ingenieros o arquitectos titulados y domiciliados en el exterior, que suscriban contratos de trabajo con entidades públicas o privadas para prestar sus servicios profesionales en el país por tiempo determinado o período fijo, podrán suplir el requisito de la matrícula mediante autorización que para el ejercicio profesional soliciten al Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura. La autorización no tendrá validez mayor de un año, pero podrá renovarse.
