Vigencia Fondos Eléctricos . El Fondo de Apoyo Financiero para la Energización de Zonas Rurales Interconectadas (FAER) creado por el artículo 105 de la Ley 788 de 2002, el Programa de Normalización de Redes Eléctricas (PRONE) creado por el artículo 1° de la Ley 1117 de 2006 y el Fondo de Apoyo Financiero para la Energización de las Zonas No Interconectadas (FAZNI) de que trata el artículo 82 de la Ley 633 de 2000, tendrán vigencia hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2030.

Estos fondos recibirán recursos de conformidad con las condiciones y tarifas que se encuentran vigentes a la fecha de expedición de la presente Ley.
