° El presente Decreto empezará á regir desde el día 1.° de Abril próximo venidero; y los intendentes, Inspectores, Comisarios inspectores, Inspectores técnicos y Ayudantes liquidadores tomarán posesión de sus cargos ante la primera autoridad política del lugar en donde van á ejercer sus funoiones; los demás empleados ante el inmediato superior respectivo. Comuniqúese y publíquese.
