Vigencia y derogatoria. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, deroga el Decreto 970 de 2021, modifica en lo pertinente el Decreto 180 de 2019 modificado por los Decretos 852, 1785 y 1970 de 2019, 875 de 2020, 47 y 1184 de 2021, y surte efectos fiscales a partir del 1º de enero de 2022.
