La inversión de hasta el treinta por ciento (30%) del valor de la reserva de capitalización económica en empresas agrícolas o de mercadeo de productos agropecuarios o agroindustriales sólo dará derecho a la exención cuando las respectivas empresas se hayan sometidas o se sometan voluntariamente a la vigilancia de la Superintendencia correspondiente.
