Obligaciones del agente retenedor. El ordinal 3º del artículo 6º del Decreto 380 de 1996 quedará de la siguiente manera: "3º. Expedir en el mes de enero de cada año un certificado al responsable en donde se discriminen todas las retenciones practicadas en cada uno de los bimestres del año inmediatamente anterior".
