LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 85-1. Limitación de costos y gastos para usuarios de zonas francas. Las operaciones de compra y venta de bienes y servicios que realicen los usuarios industriales de bienes y servicios de zonas francas, con los vinculados económicos o partes relacionadas a que se refieren los artículos 260, 261, 263 y 264 del Código de Comercio, 28 de la Ley 222 de 1995, 450 y 452 del Estatuto Tributario que no correspondan a precios de mercado serán rechazadas dentro del proceso de investigación y sujetas a la aplicación de la correspondiente sanción por inexactitud.
