Artículo 1º Abrense al Presupuesto Nacional de gastos de la actual vigencia económica los siquientes créditos adicionales:

Artículo 1º Para cubrir las dietas de los Senadores y los sueldos de los empleados dela Secretaría de dicha Cámara, en treinta (30) días de sesiones de prórroga, del 18 de octubre al 16 de noviembre de 1919, así:
