REUTILIZACION DE EMPAQUES Y ENVASES. La reutilización de envases o empaques que no hayan sido utilizados anteriormente para sustancias peligrosas, se permitirá únicamente cuando estos envases o empaques no ofrezcan peligro de contaminación para los alimentos o bebidas, una vez lavados, desinfectados o esterilizados.
