Zonificación del municipio o distrito . Para determinar la jurisdicción de los curadores urbanos, los alcaldes municipales y distritales establecerán la zonificación urbana y suburbana del municipio o distrito, teniendo en cuenta uno o varios de los siguientes criterios: Distribución especial de la población y su condición socioeconómica. Volumen de trámites generados por unidad territorial Número de licencias expedidas, el metraje construido o construiste (zona potencial de crecimiento) y los recaudos por concepto del impuesto de delineamiento y conexos. Configuración físico-espacial del municipio o distrito, utilizando los límites naturales o derivados de situaciones especiales o accidentes geográficos.
