° El artículo 9° del Decreto 379 de 1985 quedará así: Los Juegos Deportivos Nacionales tendrán un Director General, quien ejercerá la autoridad delegada del Instituto Colombiano de la Juventud y el Deporte, “Coldeportes”, y será designado por el Director General de esta Entidad. La Dirección de sede y subsedes de los Juegos serán ejercidas por los Directores de las Juntas Administradoras Seccionales de Deportes respectivas.
