Art. 296. Las Aduanas del Atlántico de que habla el artículo 293, liquidarán los derechos de importacion de las mercaderías declaradas de tránsito para Cúcuta, de la misma manera que los de las declaradas de importacion ; cuyo importe será asegurado por los interesados con un documento en que se comprometan con dos fiadores abonados a pagar a cien diaws de plazo el importe del ajustamiento, siempre que no comprueben con tornaguia de la Aduana de Cúcuta, dentro del término referido, haber presentado en ella las mercaderías que causan los espresados derechos.
