Responsabilidad. Los representantes legales, los miembros de las juntas directivas, de los órganos de vigilancia y de las instancias decisorias de los colegios delegatarios de funciones públicas, serán responsables respecto al cumplimiento de dichas funciones, de los deberes y obligaciones dispuestos en el presente decreto y demás normas aplicables.

Igualmente estarán sujetos a los regímenes de inhabilidades e incompatibilidades consagradas en el Código Único Disciplinario, Ley 734 de 2002 y aquellas que la sustituyan, modifiquen o adicionen.

Lo anterior sin perjuicio de las responsabilidades administrativas, civiles y penales a que haya lugar.
