El poder que se haya otorgado para representar a un socio durante una reunión del máximo órgano social que fue suspendida o que no pudo llevarse a cabo, mantiene sus alcances respecto de la reunión reanudada o nuevamente convocada, siempre que el socio poderdante aún mantenga la voluntad de hacerse representar por el mandatario o apoderado citado en el escrito de poder.
