Una vez expedido el salvoconducto para trámite de visa, el Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, DAS, remitirá copia del informe al Grupo Interno de Trabajo que el Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores determine, para que obre como antecedente de la regularización del extranjero, el cual gozará de reserva y sólo podrá levantarse en caso de ser requerido por autoridad competente.
