Art. 50. Dentro de veinticuatro horas después del dictamen Fiscal, el juez sobreseerá o llamará a juicio, citando en este último caso las palabras del escrito ñeque se funde la incriminación, y la disposición precisa de esta Ley, que juzgue aplicable.
