Artículo único. Declárase restablecido el orden público en el territorio de la República. En consecuencia desde el día de hoy cesa el estado de sitio declarado por Decreto número 674 de 4 de los corrientes.

Parágrafo

Por el Ministerio de Gobierno se presentará al congrego Nacional la exposición de que trata el inciso 3. ° Del artículo 121 de la constitución Comuníquese y publíquese
