Transferencia. Las acciones son transferibles por endosos, anotado al dorso del respectivo título o certificado, pero la Caja exijirá su registro en libros. Cuando por virtud de endoso las acciones hayan de variar de clase, el nuevo título se expedirá de la clase correspondiente.
