Cuando un funcionario se retirare del organismo al cual estaba vinculado por motivas distintos de destitución, sin haber disfrutado de sus vacaciones, tendrá derecho al reconocimiento y pago de ellas en dinero, y al pago de la correspondiente prima vacacional, todo con arreglo a la ley.
