º . De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 182 de la Ley 115 de 1994, el Rector o Director del establecimiento educativo estatal será el ordenador del gasto y presentará informes periódicos sobre el estado de cuentas y movimiento del fondo, al Comité Administrador.
