El Departamento de Córdoba pagará al Departamento de Bolívar el treinta y tres por ciento (33%) de la deuda pública a cargo de éste en el momento de entrar en vigencia la presente Ley. Este treinta y tres por ciento (33%) se pagará a medida y en la cantidad en que tal deuda se vaya haciendo exigible.
