Para el ejercicio de las funciones establecidas, la Agencia Nacional de Minería, ANM, tendrá la siguiente estructura:

1. Presidencia. 1.1. Oficina Asesora Jurídica. 1 .2. Oficina de Control Interno. 1.3. Oficina de Tecnología e Información.

2. Vicepresidencia de Contratación y Titulación.

3. Vicepresidencia de Seguimiento, Control y Seguridad Minera.

4. Vicepresidencia de Promoción y Fomento.

5. Vicepresidencia Administrativa y Financiera.
