Comprende los inmuebles ubicados en la calle 50 y al norte de ésta y los de los municipios de San Pedro y Bello. Administrativamente le están adscritas las Oficinas de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos Seccionales de Urrao, Sopetrán, Girardota, Santo Domingo, Puerto Berrío, Yolombó, Santa Rosa de Osos, Antioquia, Cañasgordas, Frontino, Dabeiba, Turbo, Ituango, Yarumal, Amalfi y Segovia. OFICINA PRINCIPAL DE REGISTRO DE INSTRUMENTOS PUBLICOS - ZONA SUR. Comprende los inmuebles ubicados al sur de la calle 50 y los de los municipios de Itagüí, Envigado, Sabaneta, Caldas, Heliconia, La Estrella y Angelópolis. Administrativamente tendrá adscritas las Oficinas de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos Seccionales de Rionegro, Marinilla, La Ceja, Titiribí, Fredonia, Santa Bárbara, Abejorral, Sonsón, Támesis, Jericó, Bolívar y Andes.
