En la próxima Ley de Apropiaciones se incluirá la partida necesaria para el cumplimiento de la presente, pero el Gobierno abrirá el crédito pertinente al actual Presupuesto si la ejecución inmediata de ésta lo exigiere, o al próximo, si no se llegare a incluir en él la partida correspondiente.
