ART 201. Podrán también ejercitar la acción de calumnia ó injuria los ascendientes, descendientes, cónyuge ó hermano del difunto cuya memoria haya sido agraviada, siempre que la imputación trascendiere á la familia.
Los autores de escritos históricos podrán ser acusados de calumnia, más no de injuria respecto de personas muertas.
