FABRICACION, POSESION Y TRAFICO ILEGAL DE ARMAS, MUNICIONES Y EXPLOSIVOS. El que sin justa causa introduzca al país, saque de éste, fabrique, repare, almacene, conserve, adquiera o suministre a cualquier título, o porte armas, municiones o explosivos, incurrirá en prisión de uno (1) a cuatro (4) años. Si las armas, municiones o explosivos son de uso privativo de las Fuerzas Militares o de la Policía Nacional, la pena será de prisión de dos (2) a cinco (5) años.
