Las certificaciones de la Aduana sobre embarque de tabaco exportado llevarán necesariamente el visto bueno de la Prefectura de Buenaventura. Para el efecto, los interesados presentarán los documentos para que sean registrados y anotados, por orden cronológico, en esa oficina, en un libro especial que ha de abrirse con tal fin. Un libro igual abrirán los agentes de los Municipios limítrofes con otros Departamentos. El Administrador Seccional de Buenaventura y los agentes aludidos remitirán mensualmente a la Contaduría Especial de la renta, la relación de tabaco exportado o extraído del Departamento.
