º. Si alguno de los hechos de que tratan los dos títulos anteriores fuere ejecutado por médico, farmacéutico o comerciante, personalmente o por interpuesta persona, en establecimiento de su propiedad, se le impondrá además de las penas previstas en cada artículo, la clausura del respectivo establecimiento hasta por seis meses.
