Las normas contenidas en el presente Decreto se aplicarán a los servidores públicos de la Procuraduría General de la Nación y la Defensoría del Pueblo que no optaron por el régimen especial establecido en los Decretos 54 de 1993 y 107 de 1994, y que en el año 2010 se venían regulando por lo dispuesto en el Decreto 1387 de 2010.
