A los planteles no aprobados les queda absolutamente prohibido expedir diplomas, o títulos o constancias que induzcan a error o engaño y en forma individual o en actos públicos; solamente podrán hacer entrega de certificados en papel sellado, en los cuales se indiquen los años cursados, las materias respectivas, la intensidad horaria y las calificaciones obtenidas, en letras y números. Dichos certificados llevarán la firma del Director del establecimiento y la del Secretario.
