Art. 3.° Para la asistencia relijiosa de los enfermos de los hospitales militares en tiempo de paz, se contratará por la autoridad civil o militar que fuere designada por el secretario de guerra i marina, un eclesiástico que diga la misa en los dias festivos i administre los sacramentos a los enfermos que pertenecieren a la comunion católica romana. La asignacion del capellan, en tiempo de paz, no pasará de $ 20.
