LA CONCEDE EL TRIBUNAL. La concesión de rehabilitación de las penas previstas en este Código corresponde al Tribunal Superior Militar, previa solicitud del condenado hecha de acuerdo con las normas del presente capítulo y dentro de los plazos determinados por el artículo 85 de este Código.
