MEDIDAS APLICABLES. Los inimputables que realicen un hecho punible serán sometidos a las medidas de seguridad establecidas en este código. Si la inimputabilidad proviniere exclusivamente de trastorno mental transitorio no habrá lugar a la imposición de medidas de seguridad, cuando el agente no quedare con perturbaciones mentales.
