Art. 2.° Cuando los Establecimientos de Instruccion secundaría o profesional, a favor de los cuales reconoce el Tesoro nacional la renta nominal privilejiada del 6 por 100 anual, se conviertan en Escuelas superiores o de artes i oficios por los Gobiernos de los respectivos Estados seguirá pagándoseles dicha renta en los mismos términos que antes.
